WHAT DOES IT DO?Sanitizes food processing equipment, dairy equipment, food utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, sinktop, tables, counter tops, refrigerated storage and display equipment.
WHY IS IT USED?An effective disinfectant-sanitizer when used correctly provides one step sanitizing without the need for water rinse.
HOW IS IT USED?Apply a solution of 1 ounce Sani-Rinse in 4 gallons of water (200ppm). Surfaces should remain wet for at least 1 minute followed by adequate draining and air drying. Dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils and other similar size food processing are sanitized by immersion.
