Can you match a lid to a cup I already use?
Yes — call us with the cup size or the item you're running and someone who knows the catalogue will pair the lid. Matching lids to cups is most of what a coffee counter reorders.
Do you carry compostable hot cups?
We do — the World Centric line covers PLA-lined hot cups and CPLA lids built for compost claims that hold up. If your city or campus requires it, this is the cup.
Do you stock airpots and brewers?
We carry airpots, pump pots and brewing gear, though stock on equipment runs leaner than on disposables. Call us with your volume and we'll confirm what's on the shelf and what we can bring in quickly.
Do I have to be a business to order?
No — we're open to the public and sell by the each and by the case. But a trade account unlocks case pricing and lets you file tax-exempt once so it applies at checkout.
How fast do cups and lids ship?
The high-turnover disposables are stocked deep and typically leave the warehouse the day you order. Local Cleveland orders can go on our own trucks; everywhere else ships nationwide.
