We ship via USPS and FedEx, and you choose the carrier and speed that works best for you at checkout. Both offer multiple tiers — from economy ground to expedited — so you can balance cost and timing based on what you need.

If you have your own UPS or FedEx account and prefer to use it, we can accommodate that. Just reach out before placing your order and we'll set it up.

Under "Shipping method," choose your preferred carrier and service level — this is where you'll see USPS and FedEx options at various speeds and price points.

Tip — Get a Shipping Estimate Before You Check Out
  • In your cart, scroll down to the "Get Shipping Estimates" section.
  • Enter your country, province/state, and zip code, then click "Calculate Shipping" to see all available options and costs before committing.

If "Heavy Goods Shipping (LTL)" is pre-selected at checkout, the weight of your order requires freight shipping and standard carrier options are not available for that order.

For Large & Bulk Orders That Need Freight Shipping

Larger or heavy items ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) trucking services. This method is available for the 48 contiguous United States only, and includes a lift gate and inside delivery as standard.

Required Information for All LTL Orders
  • Your hours of operation (so the driver can schedule delivery)
  • A phone number where the driver can reach you at time of delivery
  • Any site restrictions for a large semi-truck — no driveways, tight turns, low-hanging obstructions, etc.

Please add this information in the order notes at checkout. Missing details can delay your delivery.

International Orders — Available With Conditions

While our primary service area is the United States, we do ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. If you're outside the U.S., please reach out to us before ordering. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer — we are required to declare the full retail value on every package and cannot mark items as "Gift."

Important International Policies
  • All prices on ShopAtDean.com are in U.S. dollars. Exchange rates change daily — we are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your card processor.
  • We cannot ship aerosol items or CO2 internationally. These items may delay your order while we contact you to modify it.
  • Orders over $1,000 require matching billing and shipping addresses. No alternate shipping addresses will be accepted.
  • If your shipping address cannot be located on Google Maps, your order will be canceled.
  • On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery at their discretion.

If your country's customs rejects your shipment or it's deemed undeliverable, we'll refund you for returned items in re-sellable condition — but you remain responsible for shipping charges and any other fees assessed. Disputes with the carrier must be handled directly with them.

Backorders: International orders containing backordered items are held until all items are available. If you'd like in-stock items shipped ahead, contact us — additional shipping charges will apply and we'll confirm costs before charging your card.

At checkout, the system automatically recommends the best method based on your order weight and size. If "Heavy Goods Shipping (LTL)" is pre-selected, your order requires freight shipping — this is determined by the weight and dimensions of the items, and cannot be overridden.

Yes — the cost of LTL shipping includes a lift gate and inside delivery as standard. However, additional charges apply for residential deliveries, cancellations, rescheduling, and any equipment that requires installation.

Our primary service area is the United States. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm availability and walk you through the process. Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility. Aerosol items and CO2 cannot be shipped internationally.

If customs or the carrier deems your package undeliverable, we'll refund you for items returned to us in re-sellable condition. Shipping charges and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund. If you believe the carrier made an error, you'll need to work with them directly for resolution.

Our default practice is to hold your entire order until all items are in stock. If you'd like in-stock items shipped ahead of a backordered item, contact us and we'll make it happen — but additional shipping charges will apply, and we'll confirm those costs with you before processing.

Absolutely. If you're in the Cleveland area, in-store pickup is free and typically ready in about an hour. We also offer local truck delivery within our service radius. Both options are available at checkout.
