Local Truck Delivery

Dean Supply offers local delivery to a limited geographic area within Northeast Ohio with a minimum of $150.00 order.*

Our fleet of Dean Supply trucks delivers 5 days a week. Additional fees apply for heavy equipment delivery. Dean Supply Company's local delivery service does not make residential deliveries.

Our current delivery schedule is as follows:

Strongsville, Avon, and Elyria, Ohio.

Downtown Cleveland, East along Lake Erie into Lake County,
Southwest suburbs, and West side INCLUDING Medina, Brunswick,

UPS & USPS Delivery Methods

We also utilize the United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), and same day parcel companies for smaller deliveries both in and outside our marketing areas. Dean Supply will utilize the most efficient and economical means possible to assure a prompt delivery of your order.

LTL Deliveries

For larger or bulk items, common carrier services are used. If you plan to select this shipping method, please answer and send us over the following information:

  1. Is this a business or residence?*
  2. What are the hours of operation?*
  3. Is a liftgate needed? Does the customer have a loading dock?*
  4. If not, will you have the people necessary to remove the goods from the truck?*
  5. Is there any type of shipping restrictions that need to be addressed for a large semi-truck (ie: No driveways, tight corners, low hanging obstructions?
  6. What is a phone number that the customer can be reached at in case there is an issue? 

* Please note there are additional charges: to deliver to a residence; hours that are not between the hours of 8-5pm Monday thru Friday; if a liftgate is needed; if help is needed from the truck driver to take the items off the truck; if the truck driver places your order inside;  if the delivery is canceled or rescheduled for any reason; and if you would like a specific piece of equipment installed.  These costs do vary. International Deliveries

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.  Dean Supply cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Exchange Rates

All prices shown on ShopAtDean.com are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and ShopAtDean.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee. 

Other

We cannot ship any aerosol items or CO2 internationally. Selection of these items may delay your order as we attempt to contact you to modify your order.

Orders over $1000 require the same billing and shipping address - no alternate shipping addresses will be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any person or location we deem as questionable or believe to be fraudulent.

If you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for the refused items once they are returned to us in re-sellable condition; however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other fees that may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the error is due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company, you will have to speak with them directly about getting your fees refunded.

Backorder Shipments

Our usual practice when an international order contains a backorder is to hold the order until all items are available. If you are placing an order that does contain a backorder, you should be aware of that already through our website, plus we will inform you via email. If you do want to receive the in-stock items ahead of the backordered item(s), we can certainly do that; however, please be advised that there will be additional shipping charges assessed, and we will make you aware of such charges before charging your card. We will only ship ahead an international order if instructed by the customer.
