Standard Shipping

Dean Supply uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and Heavy Goods Less-Than-Truckload Service (LTL). We will utilize the most efficient and economical carrier for the service you choose to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

How to Use Standard Shipping Services

LTL Shipping

For larger or bulk items, LTL trucking services are used. This shipping method is only available for the 48 contiguous United States. The cost of LTL shipping includes a lift gate and inside delivery.

On all LTL orders, please include a note on your order with:

  • the hours of operation
  • a phone number where the driver can reach you at the time of delivery.
  • Any type of shipping restrictions for a large semi-truck (ie: No driveways, tight corners, low hanging obstructions).

Please note, additional charges will apply for:

  • Residential deliveries
  • Deliveries that are canceled or rescheduled for any reason
  • Equipment requires installation.

These costs do vary. You may be prompted to provide a copy of your W-9 for business verification.

International Deliveries

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Dean Supply cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

If we can not locate your shipping address on Google Maps, your order will be canceled.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Exchange Rates

All prices shown on are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.


We cannot ship any aerosol items or CO2 internationally. Selection of these items may delay your order as we attempt to contact you to modify your order.

* Orders over $1000 require the same billing and shipping address - no alternate shipping addresses will be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any person or location we deem as questionable or believe to be fraudulent.

If you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for the refused items once they are returned to us in re-sellable condition; however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other fees that may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the error is due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company, you will have to speak with them directly about getting your fees refunded.

Backorder Shipments

Our usual practice when an international order contains a backorder is to hold the order until all items are available. If you are placing an order that contains a backorder, you should be aware of that already through our website, plus we will inform you via email. If you do want to receive the in-stock items ahead of the back ordered item(s), we can certainly do that; however, please be advised that there will be additional shipping charges assessed, and we will make you aware of such charges before charging your card. We will only ship ahead an international order if instructed by the customer.
