Town 42527 7" SS Bird Nest Skimmer
This skimmer is specifically designed to cook noodles or shredded potatoes with ease. You put the uncooked food in the bottom of the strainer and close the hinged skimmer and fry until golden brown. This kitchen tool is often used in blanching pots for easy movement. The stainless steel material is easy to clean and the mesh will keep all ingredients where they belong.
