The Adcraft Half Size Perforated Steam Table Pan fits into standard steam table openings. This half-size hotel pan is 2.5" deep and made of sturdy 24 gauge Stainless Steel. The anti-jamming rim is designed to keep a tight seal with the steam table to avoid drips around the rim. NSF Listed.
