The Admiral Craft GF-41 is the OEM conversion kit for switching a compatible Admiral Craft or Black Diamond commercial gas fryer from natural gas to liquid propane. It replaces the standard NG orifice #39 with an LPG orifice #52 — the correct swap when your gas supply changes or you're relocating equipment to a propane-fed kitchen. Note: this kit must be used with part ADM66705; order that companion part before starting the conversion.
