Description

Alco Blast Off Oven & Grill Cleaner Gallon

A powerful, fast acting liquid oven and grill cleaner containing Potassium Hydroxide, penetrants and surfactants. A favorite product among ALCO's food service accounts! Blast Off removes the toughest burned on food, grease, and soil. Applications include ovens, grills, deep fat fryers, stove tops, burners, griddles, filters, ventilating hoods, and other stainless steel, iron, and porcelain surfaces. Use to provide safe and sanitary conditions for food service equipment, Blas Off makes the removal of grease and carbon deposits easy!HOW IS IT USED?

For quick removal of grease and carbonized grease from ovens, stove hoods, greasy vents,
grills and broilers:

1. Wear safety glasses and chemical resistant gloves; no respiratory protection is required with adequate ventilation
2. Spray on surface to be cleaned
3. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for BLAST OFF to penetrate
4. Wipe off with a damp sponge or paper towel

For heavily encrusted areas:
5. Repeat using a steel wool pad

NOTE: BLAST OFF can be used on warm or cold surfaces but should NOT be used on hot surfaces as
the product may splatter.

May be used as a hand wash or in pressure washers.
