Built from 18-gauge Type 430 stainless steel throughout, it suits prep kitchens, bakeries, and any operation that needs a clean, sanitary platform under heavy countertop equipment.
- 18-gauge Type 430 stainless steel construction on top, undershelf, legs, hat channel, and sockets — holds up in a wet, high-traffic kitchen environment
- 24-1/4" W × 30" D × 25-3/4" H working footprint sized to support standard commercial countertop mixers and similar equipment
