Griddle Must be Cool and Off When Inserting.
Instructions:
Align Fins with Side of Griddle.
Push Griddle Shelf Down to Attach to the Side of the Griddle.
Insert Shelf into Desired Slat Height with the Raised Edge Facing Upwards. Once the shelf is inserted, lower so it lays flat.
