Basic Frying At Its Best -- Designed for all-purpose usage, Dean SR152G Super Runner Natural Gas Fryerwith 3/4-inch connection accommodates a wide variety of items, from French fries to main entre menu selections. Holding 50 lbs of oil in a single fry pot with two twin baskets, this unit is ideal for foodservice establishments. The Super Runner features a thermo-tube design and 120,000 BTU output with durable temperature probe. TheMillivolt control system requires no electrical hookup. Constructed for heavy-duty use with stainless steel fry pot, front door, and backsplash and aluminum sides, and adjustable steel legs. A convenient basket rack supports two twin baskets.
