Directions

Foodservice:
- General Cleaning: Dilute 2 oz. per gallon of water, apply with sponge, mop, or cloth, and rinse well.
- Deep Fat Fryers: Fill fryer with water, add 8 oz. Grease Gobbler, boil 10–12 minutes, drain, and rinse thoroughly with cold water.

Industrial:
- Light Soil: Dilute 2 oz. per gallon of water
- Medium Soil: Dilute 4 oz. per gallon of water
- Heavy Soil: Dilute 8 oz. per gallon of water
- Pressure Washers: Follow manufacturer settings, rinse well.
