Emulso B11-05 Ultra Finish Premium Floor Finish – 5 Gallon

Emulso Ultra Finish Premium delivers a high-performance, long-lasting shine with minimal maintenance required. This professional-grade floor finish features fast-drying technology and a durable 25% solids formula, making it ideal for commercial and industrial floor care programs.

Floor Preparation

Before applying, strip off old finish and wax with a no-rinse, no-scrub liquefying stripper following product directions. Ensure the floor is clean and completely dry before applying Ultra Finish.

Application

  • Apply a thin, uniform coat with a clean mop or applicator
  • Allow each coat to dry for at least 30 minutes
  • Do not apply more than 4 coats in a 24-hour period

Maintenance

Maintain shine with a quality neutral floor cleaner and regular damp mopping. For long-term gloss, buff and burnish as needed. Worn areas or entire floors can be scrubbed and re-coated as required.
