ACS Grillstone Soft Pumice Grill Bricks 3.5x4x8

ACS Grillstone Soft Pumice Grill Bricks 3.5x4x8

Pumice grill cleaning bricks built for working grill surfaces — flat tops, charbroilers, and similar commercial cooking grates. ACS Grillstone soft grill bricks let line cooks scrub off burnt-on grease and food residue right on a hot grill without scratching or pulling up the cure. A standard tool for restaurant kitchens that need the grill cleaned fast between turns or at the end of service.

• Made from pumice stone — abrasive enough to cut through cooked-on carbon and grease, soft enough not to scratch or damage the grill cure
• Safe to use on a hot grill top, so you can clean during or immediately after service without waiting for the surface to cool
• Each brick measures 3-1/2 x 4 x 8 inches — a full working size for covering flat-top and charbroiler grate surfaces efficiently
• Virtually odor free — no chemical smell transferring to food or bothering kitchen staff
• Each brick ships individually wrapped in film; the wrapping doubles as a basic holder to keep hands off the grill surface
• Not for use on polished or chrome-plated grill surfaces — pumice will damage those finishes

A standard maintenance brick for any kitchen running a flat-top or open-flame grill. Works alongside a grill brick holder for better grip and safer cleaning during busy service.
