Pitco 65C+S Gas Floor Fryer 65-80 lb Stainless Steel 150K BTU
Pitco 65C+S Gas Floor Fryer 65-80 lb Stainless Steel 150K BTU
The Pitco 65C+S gas floor fryer is built for high-volume frying operations that need a large oil capacity and steady heat output. With 65–80 lbs of fat capacity and a 150,000 BTU burner, it holds up through continuous fry cycles in busy restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens. This is the unit to reach for when a countertop fryer just isn't enough and downtime on the fry station isn't an option.
- 65–80 lb fat capacity and 18" × 18" fry pot handle large batches of fries, chicken, fish, and other high-demand fried items in a single cook cycle
- 150,000 BTU gas burner recovers temperature quickly between loads — critical for keeping pace during peak service
- Millivolt thermostatic controls hold oil temp between 200°F and 400°F; a built-in limit switch cuts gas automatically if the fryer exceeds 450°F
- Stainless steel fry tank and stainless front and door; galvanized sides and back; adjustable stainless steel legs for leveling on uneven floors
- Front 1¼" NPT drain, drain extension, and clean-out rod make oil changes and end-of-day cleanup faster
- CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listed; available in natural gas or propane — two nickel-plated oblong fry baskets included
A good fit for high-throughput fry stations in full-service restaurants, hotel banquet kitchens, and contract foodservice operations where output per hour matters and the fryer runs most of the day.
