Description
Rubbermaid Untouchable Round Swing Top Lid Gray 2672 – 16 Inch
The Rubbermaid Untouchable round swing top lid in gray (model 2672) fits Rubbermaid Untouchable round containers 2947 and 3546, making it a straightforward replacement or spare for restaurants, cafeterias, lobbies, and janitorial closets. The swing-top design lets staff and guests drop refuse in without touching the lid, and it returns to the closed position to keep waste and odors out of sight.
- Fits Rubbermaid Untouchable round bases 2947 and 3546, which have a 15.75-inch top diameter — 16.13-inch lid diameter seats flush and secure
- Swing-top action opens on contact and closes automatically, keeping refuse contained between uses
- Made from high-impact polystyrene — will not chip, peel, or rust, and holds up in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Gray color coordinates with standard Rubbermaid Untouchable round container lineup
- 5.25 inches tall — low enough to keep a clean sight line while still concealing waste from public view
- Helps control waste, odors, and smoking debris in high-traffic areas
A common scenario: a foodservice operator running multiple round Untouchable containers in a dining room or service corridor keeps a spare lid on hand so a cracked or missing lid gets swapped out without pulling the container from service.
