The Vollrath 2241001 rubber bumper is the OEM replacement part that keeps your Redco InstaCut 3.5 or 5.1 series manual food cutter running without damaging the blade or frame. When the bumper on your InstaCut wears out, cracks, or goes missing, the blade makes direct contact during each cut — this off-white rubber bumper, 3/8" in diameter, restores the cushion that protects the unit while slicing cucumbers, tomatoes, citrus, and similar produce.
