This Vollrath 1/6 size silicone pan band gives prep cooks and catering staff a fast, reliable way to hold a lid, polyfilm, or foil tight on a sixth-size steam table pan during transport or holding. Rated to 450°F, it moves from holding cabinet to rethermalizer oven without swapping out. NSF certified for commercial foodservice use — model N-0006B.
- Fits sixth-size steam table pans; stretches around the edges to secure lids, aluminum foil, or poly film in place and reduce spills
- Withstands temperatures up to 450°F — safe for holding cabinets and rethermalizer ovens
- Sized at 6" x 6-1/2" x 5/8" to fit standard stainless steel hotel pans (not recommended for plastic food pans, which differ slightly in shape)
- NSF certified to applicable standards for use in commercial kitchens
- Dishwasher safe — runs through a commercial machine without issue
- Black color works as a pan marker so staff can tell contents or ownership at a glance; slip it off when ready to serve
