Waring WSB650X 18 Inch Heavy Duty Immersion Blender 1.5 HP

Waring WSB650X 18 Inch Heavy Duty Immersion Blender 1.5 HP

The Waring WSB650X 18 inch heavy duty immersion blender is built for high-volume kitchens that batch-blend soups, sauces, purees, and more directly in stock pots up to 35 gallons. At 1,145 watts and 1.5 HP, it has the power to work through dense, hot product without bogging down. This is the tool line cooks and executive chefs reach for when a countertop unit simply can't handle the volume.

• 1.5 HP variable-speed motor reaches up to 18,000 RPM — enough force to puree thick vegetable soups, bisques, and sauces in continuous production runs
• 140 qt. (35 gallon) capacity rating means you can blend directly in your largest stock pots and kettles without transferring hot product
• 18-inch sealed stainless steel shaft is removable and dishwasher safe, so cleanup between batches stays fast and sanitary
• Ergonomic dual-trigger handle with a patented pivoting second handle and rubberized grip reduce fatigue during extended blending sessions
• Electronic control panel with LED speed indicators and a continuous ON feature give you real-time control without stopping to adjust mid-batch
• cULus and NSF certified — meets the sanitation and safety standards required for commercial foodservice use

A good fit for high-output restaurant kitchens, hotel banquet operations, and institutional foodservice where large-batch processing happens daily. Backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
