The Winco ALST-80 is an 80-quart commercial aluminum stock pot built for batch cooking soups, stocks, chili, pasta water, and anything else that demands a large, heavy pot over sustained heat. At 4.0mm thick 3003 aluminum and 19-1/4" in diameter by 17" tall, it's sized and built for high-volume restaurant and institutional kitchen work — not occasional use. NSF listed for commercial kitchen compliance.
