The Winco ALRK-15 is a mobile aluminum sheet pan rack built for bakeries, commissaries, and commercial kitchens that move a lot of pans. It holds up to 15 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans — or 30 half-size pans — and rolls where you need it on 5" swivel casters, making it a practical workhorse for proofing, cooling, transport, and storage.
- Holds 15 full-size (18" x 26") or 30 half-size (18" x 13") sheet pans with a 400 lb. maximum load rating
- Frame is 14-gauge 6063 aluminum with a 1" extruded tube construction — corrosion-resistant and lighter than steel racks
- 15 plated steel wire slides spaced 1-3/4" apart keep pans level and separated
- Stainless steel solid top works as a staging surface or supports bulky items during transport
- Five-inch full-swivel casters (1-1/4" wide) let you roll the loaded rack across the kitchen or into a cooler with one hand
- NSF certified; ships knocked down for easy assembly and freight efficiency
A high-volume bakery can load this rack straight from the oven, roll it to a cooling area, and then stage it for service — all without transferring pans. At 42.9 lbs. unloaded, it's manageable to move and reposition as your workflow changes.
