The Winco Kattex 1/4" Blade Dicer makes food prep fast and easy. The high-quality stainless steel blade chops large vegetables or fruits into even sized pieces perfect for salads and pizza toppings. It also makes an ideal potato cutter for French fries. With one push of the handle, the blades chops produce into 1/4" inch batons that are perfect for dinner salads and stir-fry. For smaller dice, place batons back on the vegetable cutting blade and press them through a second time.
This commercial vegetable chopper is made of durable cast aluminum that stands up to heavy use. The sturdy base and non-skid feet make it stable on any flat surface for safe and fast use. Sharp blades pierce firm or soft produce, making it a versatile vegetable or fruit cutter. To clean, gently spray off any food particles or residue, sanitize and rinse with clean water. Replacement blades are available.
