Calibration Instructions:

1. Fill a cup with ice and top off with cold water. Stir for 30 seconds.
2. Insert probe at least 1" deep for 15 seconds or until temperature stabilizes (avoid touching the sides or bottom).
3. If the thermometer does not read 32°F (0°C), use pliers to turn the calibration nut until it does.
