This Atosa 50 lb gas fryer floor model natural gas unit runs entirely on a millivolt thermostat — no electrical hookup needed — making it a straightforward fit for kitchens with limited electrical infrastructure. At 88,000 BTU across 4 independent burners, the ATFS-50ES-NG carries ENERGY STAR certification, meaning lower gas consumption than standard-rated fryers of comparable capacity.

- Temperature range: 200°F–400°F via millivolt thermostat — no electrical connection required
