- Strips can be applied to a dry item, such as a plate, and placed in a dishwasher.
- Thermochromatic color-change band verifies that proper sanitizing temperature was reached during dishwashing operation.
- Strip can then be removed, signed, dated, and saved in a dishwasher temperature log.
- Complies with the FDA 160.F / 72.C, 170.F / 77.C, and 180.F / 82.C minimum required temperature for washed surfaces.
- Accurate to +/- 2.F.
