With four 30,000 BTU top burners featuring individual pilot light and control knobs, cooks can instantly ignite burners and control cooking temperatures for perfect sautéing, searing, boiling, or simmering.
This commercial range with oven is designed to deliver professional results in busy kitchens. The oven interior is made of steel with a porcelain liner for even cooking and durability. Each burner has a 12” x 12” cast iron grate for that are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance. With a total output of 30,000 BTU/hr., this commercial oven and range combo can easily handle quick cooking and frequent opening long and slow roasting.
