Restaurant Supply · Cleveland, Ohio
Cleveland Buys Its Kitchen Here. Since 1950.
Dean Supply has outfitted Cleveland kitchens since 1950 — from our 20,000 sq ft Woodland Avenue showroom since 2001. Restaurants, caterers, churches, schools and food trucks across Cuyahoga County buy here the way they always have: walk the floor, pick it up the same day, or put it on the truck.

Why We're Still Here
It's Called The Land for a Reason.
Cleveland is not a stop on the way to somewhere else. They started calling it Believeland because we fill the seats when the team is losing and lose our voices when they're winning — and the roster of things to root for keeps growing. The Sirens tip off at Rocket Arena in 2028. Forest City Cleveland takes the pitch in MLS Next Pro, with a women's side coming right behind them.
They called this the Forest City long before the Metroparks made the name literal. Thousands of acres of trail and river out one window, Lake Erie out the other. The Rock Hall, the art museum, the natural history museum and the science center sit within a few minutes of each other, all of them world-class, none of them charging what they'd charge in a coastal city.
And this is a culinary town. Underrated, which is probably why it keeps catching people off guard. Our chefs built that reputation one dining room at a time — and a lot of them stock those rooms from our shelves.
So whether you're flying into CLE for the weekend or you're one of us who hasn't played tourist in your own city lately, we'd like you to come see the store. Woodland Avenue, packed to the gills with deals, treasures, and the everyday necessities.
A Cleveland Company
We Stock What Cleveland Kitchens Actually Reorder.
Seventy-five years in one city changes what a warehouse looks like. Our shelves were built by what Cleveland operators come back for, not by a catalog assembled somewhere else and shipped in.
That means the sheet pans, the steam table pans, the to-go containers and the floor chemicals are here in open stock, in the sizes this market actually runs — across a 20,000 square foot showroom, one of the largest in the Midwest. Trade pricing for business accounts, and a counter you can walk up to.
We're independently owned, but we buy through national groups like Pride Centric Resources and The United Group — so local service doesn't cost you national pricing.

Trade Pricing and Tax-Exempt Checkout
A business account puts trade pricing on your login and drops sales tax once your resale or nonprofit certificate is on file. Setup is free and takes a couple of minutes.
We're also an awarded 1GPA cooperative contract holder, so schools, cities, counties and state agencies can buy from Dean Supply on an existing cooperative contract instead of going out to bid.

Common Questions
Before You Come In
Do I need a business account or vendor license to shop?
No. The Woodland Ave showroom is open to the public and anyone can walk in and buy. A business account gets you trade pricing and tax-exempt checkout, but it isn't required.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes — Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, when most foodservice suppliers are closed. Monday through Friday we're open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Can I order online and pick up the same day?
Yes. Choose Pick Up at checkout and we'll pull and pack your order — usually ready within the hour during business hours.
Do you deliver in Greater Cleveland?
Yes — we run our own trucks five days a week on scheduled routes covering most commercial addresses within about 40 miles of Cleveland. Minimum order is $150 in merchandise plus a $2.99 fuel surcharge, and we don't deliver to residential addresses. Check the route schedule or call to see if your address is on a route.
Is everything on the website in stock at the showroom?
Most of it, but not all — the online catalog is larger than what's on the showroom floor at any given moment, and items marked Online Only ship direct from the vendor and aren't available for pickup or local delivery. If you're making a special trip for one specific item, call ahead and we'll confirm it's here.
Do you sell to schools, churches and city agencies?
Yes. We're an awarded 1GPA cooperative contract holder, so public agencies can buy on an existing contract instead of going out to bid. Tax-exempt organizations can put a certificate on file for tax-free checkout.
